Karuna Skincare was my first job out of college, and I learned so many valuable lessons being thrown into this type of environment. As the sole designer on a small three woman team, saying I had to “hit the ground running” was an understatement. I took on just about every role within the creative and marketing departments, and some days that even meant packing orders. Everything I learned here has carried with me into every position I’ve had since.
